Studio M offers 5 unique, industry-standard private lesson services, with a curriculum available for people of all ages and skill levels. Those services are:

Singing lessons
Contemporary piano lessons
Musical theatre coaching
Self-tape audition coaching
Music theory tutoring

Each student can book a time slot length that suits their goals, needs, and attention spans. All services follow the pricing structure.

POLICY

At Studio M, we understand that life can be unpredictable. Our cancellation policy is designed to ensure fairness and clarity while respecting everyone’s time and commitment.

1. Pre-Paid Lessons
All lessons must be paid for in advance. This secures your spot and allows us to plan our schedule effectively.

2. No-Show Policy
If you fail to attend your scheduled lesson without 24 hours prior notice, no refund or credit will be provided.

3. Emergency or Illness
If you are unable to attend due to a legitimate emergency or illness, you will receive a lesson credit to be used within the same term (subject to availability). Please notify us as soon as possible, ideally with 24 hours' notice, to allow us to accommodate other students.

4. Teacher Absence
If the teacher is unavailable due to illness or an emergency, we will do our best to provide a qualified substitute teacher for your lesson. If you prefer not to proceed with a substitute, you will receive a lesson credit to be used within the same year.

5. Rescheduling Lessons
Lessons can be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Rescheduled lessons are subject to available time slots.

6. Refunds
Studio M does not offer refunds for prepaid lessons. Credits may be issued under specific circumstances as outlined above.
